1.2. Buyer/Consumer

The Consumer's name or legal name, address, email address, telephone number and other information required for the transaction are recorded in the relevant order and transaction records.

2. Subject and Scope

This Agreement governs the supply of services or programmes ordered electronically through Brightland's website and the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other applicable legislation.

The main characteristics of the relevant service or programme, including its name, scope, duration, delivery method, commencement and completion dates, event date where applicable, venue or online platform and other essential characteristics, are provided to the Consumer before payment through the applicable Pre-Information Form and order summary.

3. Pre-Information

Before the Consumer confirms an order that creates a payment obligation, Brightland provides the information required by applicable law regarding the main characteristics of the service, total price, applicable taxes and additional charges, payment conditions, performance or delivery conditions, withdrawal rights and applicable exceptions, and cancellation and refund conditions.

The order-specific Pre-Information Form is made available to the Consumer before completion of the purchase.

4. Formation of the Agreement

The Agreement is formed when the Consumer has been given the opportunity to read and electronically accept the applicable Pre-Information Form and contractual terms and the payment transaction has been authorised, in accordance with applicable law.

Brightland provides the Agreement and relevant order information to the Consumer on a durable medium where required by applicable law. Electronic records relating to the order may be retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Price and Payment

The service price, applicable taxes, additional charges, total amount payable, currency and payment plan, where applicable, are clearly displayed to the Consumer before payment.

Immediately before confirmation, the Consumer is shown the total amount of the order and is informed that confirmation creates a payment obligation.

Card transactions are processed through Akbank Virtual POS and the relevant secure banking infrastructure. Brightland does not store full card numbers or card security codes (CVVs).

6. Performance

Brightland supplies the purchased service or programme in accordance with the scope, method, date or period and other conditions specified in the applicable order summary and Pre-Information Form.

The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate information and documents required for the performance of the service in a timely manner, attending required appointments or programmes and complying with reasonable technical and operational requirements communicated in advance.

University admission, visa issuance, scholarships, third-party approvals, travel authorisations and comparable outcomes may depend on processes outside Brightland's sole control and are therefore not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Where no statutory exception applies, a Consumer may withdraw from a distance service agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of conclusion.

A withdrawal statement may be submitted within the applicable period to info@brightlandcorp.com or to the company's address using a clear and provable written or electronic method.

If the Consumer expressly requests performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost where the statutory conditions are met.

If performance begins at the Consumer's express request during the withdrawal period and is only partially completed, the performed portion and previously disclosed, unavoidable third-party costs may be assessed in accordance with applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering, leisure services and similar services to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception. Any applicable exception is disclosed clearly in the relevant order-specific Pre-Information Form.

8. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

Order-specific cancellation, transfer, date-change and refund conditions are disclosed to the Consumer before payment.

Brightland's Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy supplements this Agreement and forms part of the applicable contractual framework.

The Policy and any order-specific terms may not remove or restrict mandatory statutory consumer rights.

If Brightland cancels a service and the Consumer does not accept an equivalent alternative, the amount paid to Brightland for the unused service will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Third-party service providers may have separate cancellation and refund conditions where those conditions have been disclosed to the Consumer before payment.

9. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, transport disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failures and comparable events outside the parties' reasonable control may require postponement, adaptation or cancellation of a service.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the parties will cooperate in good faith to identify a reasonable alternative service or applicable refund solution.

10. Personal Data and Marketing

Personal data is processed in accordance with Brightland's Privacy Policy and applicable personal-data protection legislation.

Marketing and commercial electronic communication consent is separate from this Agreement and is not a condition of purchasing a service or programme.

11. Disputes

Consumers may apply to the competent Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with applicable monetary thresholds and legislation.

Mandatory Turkish consumer-protection provisions remain reserved.

12. Entry into Force

Before confirming an order that creates a payment obligation, the Consumer confirms that they have been able to read and save the applicable Pre-Information Form and contractual terms.

Order-specific information concerning the purchased service, price, payment, performance and other transaction details is recorded separately in the applicable order and transaction documents.
